Any additional work outside the original scope (e.g., extra cabling, civil work) will be charged separately.
7. Warranty & Liability
Hardware warranty is provided by the manufacturer only; Secureonix does not extend hardware warranty beyond that.
Secureonix does not guarantee prevention of crime, theft, or loss from using CCTV products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products/services invoiced.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
8. Maintenance & AMC
AMC covers routine maintenance of equipment supplied and installed by Secureonix only.
Replacement of items due to external damage, wear and tear, vandalism, or theft is not covered unless separately agreed.
9. Data & Privacy
You are responsible for data storage and privacy practices of recorded footage and must comply with applicable data protection laws.
Secureonix is not liable for any misuse of footage or recordings.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, are the property of Secureonix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without prior written permission.
11. Links to Third-Party Sites
