Product Returns
Products may be returned only if defective at delivery or if the wrong product was supplied. Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in original packing, with invoice and accessories, unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Installed, used, opened, configured, customised or special-order products are non-returnable.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Shipping, installation and handling charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
