Secureonix believes in fair, transparent, and professional business practices. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle product returns, service cancellations, and refunds.


1. Product Returns

Due to the nature of CCTV and electronic security equipment, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Products may be returned only if:

  • The product is defective at the time of delivery, or

  • A wrong product was supplied by us

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery or installation.


2. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and uninstalled (unless defective)

  • Must be in original packing

  • Must include invoice and accessories

  • Must not be physically damaged, misused, or tampered

Products damaged due to power surge, water, mishandling, or customer error are not eligible.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Installed CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, cables, accessories

  • Software licenses and subscriptions

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Used, opened, or configured devices


4. Service Refunds

Service charges (installation, site visit, consultation, configuration, cabling) are non-refundable once service has started.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
Advance payments are non-refundable.


6. Replacement Policy

If a product is found defective:

  • It will be replaced or repaired as per manufacturer warranty

  • Replacement time depends on brand and supplier availability

Secureonix does not provide instant cash refunds for electronic items.


7. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 working days


8. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer unless the fault is from Secureonix


9. Limitation of Liability

Secureonix is not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Data loss

  • Security breaches

  • Indirect or consequential damages
